Skype Officially Becomes A Microsoft Division As $8.5 Billion Deal Closes

microsoftMicrosoft this morning announced that it has closed its $8.5 billion acquisition of Skype, a deal that was originally announced back in May. They even made an infographic to showcase the importance of the deal completion. /sarcasm
